Master Coaches Transportation Cancellation Policy

At Master Coaches Transportation, we strive to provide an exemplary service. To ensure the smooth operation and reliability of our services, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

Customers must notify Master Coaches Transportation of any cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur fees as outlined below.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.

  • 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% of the total service cost.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the total service cost.

3. Changes to Bookings

Customers wishing to amend their booking must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Amendments may be subject to availability and potential additional charges.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
