3.3 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.

4.2 Conduct: Customers are expected to behave courteously towards drivers and other passengers. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed to be behaving inappropriately.
